- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The specific location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
3. Designated agent
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent:
DMCA Agent, StudentLife Technologies LLC:
StudentLife Technologies LLC
1 Sansome St, Suite 1400, San Francisco, CA 94104
Email: support@studentlifeos.com

Please put DMCA Notice in the subject line. We will remove or disable access to content that is the subject of a valid notice and will notify the person who posted it.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
5. Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of removing, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure of your claim before filing.
7. After a counter-notice
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the party who filed the original notice. Unless that party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed content in a timeframe consistent with the DMCA, generally within ten to fourteen business days. We do not act as a judge of the underlying dispute; we follow the statutory process.
