Diversity insights, built to protect people

DEI reporting is aggregate only and never shows an individual. Breakdowns are hidden below ten applicants, demographics are shared only when an applicant opts in, every view is logged for compliance, and demographic data is never sent to the AI candidate ranking. It exists to help you widen your reach, never to single anyone out.

Frequently asked questions

What can organizations measure in StudentLife OS analytics?
Applications, total views (profile plus opportunity), hires, response rate, saves, and engaged students, all period-scoped so a 30 day filter reports a 30 day rate. You also see applications and opportunities by type, your top opportunities, school engagement, discount performance, recent profile viewers, lifetime organization totals, and privacy-safe aggregate DEI.
Are the rates accurate, or can they exceed 100 percent?
Every rate uses a period-scoped numerator and denominator and is capped at 100 percent with an honest explainer when applications arrive through paths that do not record a view (deep links, search results, the vault). Trends render as a multiplier above large jumps and a New badge when there is no prior period, so nothing is inflated.
Which analytics need a paid plan?
Free organizations see the headline counts, the trend charts, opportunities by type, top opportunities, discount views and clicks, and the top five recent profile viewers, so they always know candidates are arriving. The Pro plan unlocks the saves total, applications by type, activity breakdown, school engagement, discount saves and code copies, the full profile-viewer list, and report export. The whole DEI section requires Premium. Locked panels stay visible and lightly blurred so you can see exactly what upgrading unlocks.
How does DEI reporting protect applicants?
DEI is aggregate only and never shows an individual. Breakdowns are suppressed below a minimum sample of ten applicants (k-anonymity), demographics are opt-in by the applicant, access is logged for compliance, and demographic data never reaches the AI candidate ranking. DEI insights require the Premium plan.
Can I export my analytics?
Yes, on Pro and above. Export the full report as PDF, Excel, CSV, or JSON, or save it straight to your Documents tab. The exported numbers match the dashboard one to one, including the capped rates and lifetime totals.
Do team members see the same analytics as the owner?
Plan entitlements are read from the organization, so every team member inherits the organization tier. Role permissions still apply on top: viewers and compliance officers can read analytics, recruiters and reviewers focus on the pipeline, and exports require the data export permission.
