Access passes
Gate an opportunity soonly the right students see it.
Create a pass with a name, an optional maximum number of uses, and an expiry date. Attach it when you post an opportunity, and only students who hold that pass can see and apply. Watch exactly who is using it, and if you do not recognize someone, remove them or block them from ever using that pass again.

Our analytics are built to be accurate, not flattering. Every rate is measured over the same window on the top and the bottom, capped at 100 percent so it can never be inflated, and each person is counted once no matter how many times they submit. A brand new metric reads as new, never as a fake jump.

What is the Content tab?
The Content tab is your studio for everything you put in front of students. From one place you build forms, create access passes that gate opportunities, read every response with full analytics, and manage your documents securely. It is available to organizations, schools, and departments.
What kinds of forms can I build?
You can build application forms, RSVP forms, interest forms, feedback forms, mailing list signups, and fully custom forms. How does form sharing work, and who can submit?
Every form gets a secure shareable link and a QR code. Application forms always require a verified StudentLife OS student account, so you know exactly who applied. For other form types, such as RSVP, interest, feedback, mailing list, and custom, you can choose to also accept Google sign-in, so anyone with a Google account can respond while you still capture a verified identity.
What is an access pass?
An access pass is a code you create and hand to a specific group of students. When you create an opportunity you can attach a pass, and then only students who hold that pass can see and apply to it. You set the pass name, an optional maximum number of uses, and an optional expiry date, and you can watch exactly who is using it.
Can I control who keeps using a pass?
Yes. The pass view shows every holder. If you do not recognize a student or a pass is being misused, you can remove them so they lose access, or block them so they can never add that pass again. You can also deactivate a pass entirely. Every change is yours to make from the pass detail.
What do I get on the Responses tab?
You see who submitted and exactly what they answered, with a clean view of every field. If the same person submitted more than once, every submission is kept and shown together. You can filter to a single form to see all of its responses, search inside answers, and read full analytics, including how many people signed in with a Google account versus a StudentLife OS account.
