The numbers that prove your campus is working
Student success, employer engagement, opportunity performance, campus operations, and privacy-safe diversity, all drawn from your verified student roster. Honest, period-scoped, and never inflated, so every figure you report holds up.
The trial includes the full analytics suite, diversity insights included.
Period-scoped
Rates compare like for like, never a window over a lifetime total
Capped at 100%
Honest framing when applications beat tracked views
Real-time
The Today strip ticks the moment a student applies or saves
k-anonymity
Diversity hidden below ten students to protect identity
One source of truth
The same activity, read three ways
Your verified students engage, apply, and get hired. We turn that one stream of activity into three views, so the right person sees the right depth without exporting a spreadsheet.
Institution dashboard
Six tabs covering student success, employers, opportunities, campus, and diversity, with a live Today strip and deep filters.
Student analytics
Outcomes by major, season, term, and employer, drillable all the way to the individual verified student and their profile.
Hiring insights
A focused pipeline view for the opportunities your school runs, with conversion at every stage.
Start with the overview, see who is hiring your students
The Overview opens on the headline metrics with a live Today strip, then the Employer engagement panel shows exactly which organizations your students apply to, get interviewed by, and get hired by.
Overview at a glance
Affiliated students, active opportunities, applications on your postings, and hires by employers, each with context.
Employer engagement
Daily applications and employer profile views charted over time, with the organizations ranked by how they hire your students.
Hiring funnel
Applications to shortlisted, interviewed, offered, and hired, with an All / Organizations / School and Department toggle.

Then go deeper, segment by segment
When you want detail, the dashboard breaks the same activity down by how engaged your students are, by what they apply to, and by exactly the window you care about.
Student success
Activity tiers show how engaged your students are, and major-category segments break the population down by discipline with average profile strength.
Opportunity performance
Your top postings by applications, the type mix, and a full table of views, saves, applications, and conversion per opportunity in the window.
Deep filters
Slice by time window, one or many academic seasons, major category and specific major, and graduating class year. The page recomputes against the exact window.
Campus operations
Events, active resources, clubs and memberships, badges awarded, and career fairs hosted by your school and departments, with signups.
Export anywhere
CSV, Excel, or PDF, or save straight to your Documents library. Exported numbers match the dashboard one to one, capped rates included.
Privacy-safe diversity
Aggregate student-population demographics with k-anonymity, opt-in only, suppressed below ten students, and never fed to any AI ranking.
Your Students tab is where the numbers come from
The roster and the analytics are not two separate worlds. Your Students tab shows a verified-only roster, and that same verified population is exactly what every chart is measured against. Open the roster, then open its analytics: the people and the numbers are the same set.

Verified-only roster
The analytics are built on students our team confirmed, so the population is real.
Outcomes by major
Students and hires per major category and specific major, drillable to the student.
Stage-to-stage pipeline
Applied, interviewed, offered, hired, each conversion measured against the prior stage.
Drill to the student
Click any segment, bar, or rate to open the exact verified students it represents.
Built to be honest, not flattering
An analytics tab you cannot trust is worse than none. Every rate is computed over the same window for numerator and denominator, capped at a true 100 percent, and held back as a low-sample notice until there is enough data to be reliable. Trends never divide by a fudge factor to hide a zero.
Same-window rates
A 30 day filter divides 30 day applications by 30 day views.
True 100 percent cap
Deep links and search apply without a tracked view, so rates stay honest.
Low-sample guard
Below the minimum, you see "Low sample", never a misleading percentage.
Numbers that reconcile
Exports match the dashboard, and counts agree across every tab.
Diversity insights, built to protect students
Student-population diversity is aggregate only and never shows an individual. Breakdowns are hidden below ten students, demographics are shared only when a student opts in, access is controlled, and demographic data is never sent to any AI ranking. It exists to help you understand reach and equity, never to single anyone out.
Every department gets its own analytics too
Departments are their own secure compartment. Each one has an analytics tab scoped to its own postings, with the same Students-tab story, while their activity rolls up into your school funnel under the School and Department scope.
Frequently asked questions
- What can a school measure in StudentLife OS analytics?
- Three connected surfaces, all drawn from your verified student roster. The institution dashboard covers an Overview (affiliated students, active opportunities, applications, hires, plus a live Today strip), Student success (activity tiers and major-category segments with profile strength), Employers (which organizations your students engage and get hired by), Opportunities (your top postings, by type, with views, saves, applications, and conversion), Campus (events, clubs, badges, career fairs, and signups), and Diversity (aggregate student-population demographics). Student analytics drills into outcomes by major, by academic season, by term, and by employer, all the way down to individual students. Hiring insights focuses the pipeline for opportunities your school runs.
- Are the rates accurate, or can they exceed 100 percent?
- Every rate uses a period-scoped numerator and denominator, so a 30 day filter reports a 30 day rate, never a window number divided by a lifetime total. Rates are capped at 100 percent with an honest explainer when applications arrive through paths that do not record a view, and small samples say "Low sample" instead of charting a misleading percentage. Nothing is inflated.
- How is the roster connected to the analytics?
- Directly. Your Students tab shows only verified students, and those same verified students are the population every analytic is computed from. Because the roster is trustworthy, the numbers are too. The counts reconcile across the roster, the dashboard, and exports, so a figure on one screen always matches the others.
- How does the hiring funnel separate school postings from employer postings?
- The funnel has an All / Organizations / School and Department toggle. You can see the full pipeline, only applications to outside employers, or only applications to opportunities your school and its departments posted, each with stage-to-stage conversion from applications to shortlisted, interviewed, offered, and hired.
- How does diversity reporting protect students?
- Diversity is aggregate only and never shows an individual. Breakdowns are suppressed below a minimum sample of ten students (k-anonymity), demographics are shared only when a student opts in, every breakdown is access-controlled, and demographic data is never sent to any AI ranking. It exists to help you understand reach and equity, never to single anyone out.
- Can I filter and export the numbers?
- Yes. Filter by time window (7 days to 1 year), by one or several academic seasons, by major category and specific major, and by graduating class year. Export the report as CSV, Excel, or PDF, or save it straight to your Documents library. The exported numbers match the dashboard one to one, including the capped rates.
- Is the analytics tab real-time?
- Yes. A live Today strip shows applications, profile views, opportunity views, saves, and engaged students as they happen, and the dashboard refreshes the moment a student applies, saves, or moves through the pipeline. Cached reads keep the page instant, and a visibility-gated poll covers any dropped connection.
- Do department analytics roll up into the school view?
- Yes, where it belongs. Opportunities your departments post appear in the school funnel under the School and Department scope, and the school sees a read-only window into department activity. Each department also keeps its own analytics tab scoped to its own postings, because a department is its own secure compartment.
